Just call the dealer and fork out the money for your mistake.
call a locksmith, when i was younger i put a paperclip into my dad’s aerostar out of curiousity and he could start the car again, so a locksmith came and made a new key, but idk for the newer keys that have chips in them.
you need to override the built in security system, may need pro. help
It may not be the theft system, if the cylinder will not turn at all then you have internal damage to the cylinder & will need a new one. Even if you stuck the wrong key in the cylinder & the transponder lost it’s programming, the cylinder would still turn with the original key, it would just spin over but not start.
you have to replace the ignition switch and reprograhm the passive anti theft system.
Only way is to tow the car to a dealer.
if the original key still fits in then have the computer reprogrammed. if not, you just need to get a new ignition.
If you can’t turn the switch, you jammed up the key switch and it’s gonna cost ya for someone to change it (either drilling it out or giving the local car theves about $50 and they’ll do it for you in a bout 5 min LOL)
On them new vehicles, they won’t start for a few minutes after you insert the wrong key… try another key for the car and see if the car’s original ain’t just messed up
