How do i reinsert dipstick tube into 95 Mustang?

I bought a 95 Mustang GT, only problem it has is t he dipstick tube is not into the engine block. Can someone give me a detailed instruction to reinsert it and what i need, greatly appreciated. Also, if the dipstick tube is out of the engine block, is it undrivable?
Well i would see doing that, but i cannot find the hole is what it is. Do you know where i should look?
