Steve McQueen is the reason why I fell in love with the Ford Mustang. For years and years I had to wait, yesterday I finally found my Mustang at a great price, it’s a Tungsten grey ‘06 GT. I love it!
These CG ads are like drugs…fun for a bit, but really bad.
If they’d reissue the original Mustang, I might care. Cool use of the footage, though.

Um, at least SOME of the footage is actually McQueen taken from Bullitt. The H3 commercial on the other hand was Chad McQueen made up to look like dad.
nope those arent from the movie that is an actor its not really mqueen and this commercial was filmed in my neighbors field i watched it being filmed so Ya anyother questions let me know
i think all of those clips of mcqueen are from bullitt. wen he looks up at the rear view mirror, i guarentee its wen hes looking back at the black car in the big chase scene
anyone remember.. there was one commercial for the Mustang, it started out with some horses in a field, and they took off running, and it changed into a parking garage, all dark and then the Mustang’s headlights came on, and it was revvin up the engine? Ive been trying to find that commercial for freakin ever..
They should use this commercial again to advertise the new 2008 Bullitt. Just replace this GT with the Bullitt.
