Ford doesn’t build Mustangs to fly. That was true back in 1968 when Steve McQueen sent a GT 390 soaring over the hills of San Francisco in Bullitt. And it’s true of the new 315-horsepower 2008 Mustang Bullitt.
We jumped it anyway. Not because we wanted to, but because we had to. It’s a Mustang Bullitt, and that means it’s gotta fly.

The 5.0 was a great engine but the 4.6 3 valve will hand it it’s ***.
although I’m not much of a mustang man (as you can prolly tell by my name haha), I appreciate their history and their build. this car is badass, although the 99-04 body style I liked more. I know most people love the new one, but to me it looks a bit too bulky, although it will get slight modifications in 2010

I think they could of used the original mustangs body (like the ford gt used the gt40’s body)Because from 1966 to 1973 mustang where the best after that they lost their magic.

For the amount of money people pay for vehicles, they should fly, and all vehicles break down, no matter the brand lol.

“its still a ford” people always say that to me. i have a mustang (i wish it were bullitt, but its not) random people –ususally guys who drive pontiacs and hondas–will make some joke about me driving a ford. “I have a flat tire.” “thats cuz you drive ford.” me and my b.f. love fords, esp. the mustang, and i will probably drive one until i die!theyre classic looking cars and i love how the styles stay consistant from year to year. and theyre easy to maintain. cant wait to get that bullitt.
