Tyler P asked:

I Just got an 2004 mustang gt. I was wondering if it would be worth it to put a cold air take system into my car. If so what kind would you recommend?

Go w/ the JLT ram air intake,I installed one on my 04 GT and I really like it.It has a giant 4″ inlet tube and really passes a tremendous amount of air into the engine. The JLT will run you $200.00 w/ shipping, google JLT ram air intake and you’ll find it,check it out, alot of guys that own GT’s go w/ this setup, hope this helps.

yes you should get a k&n you can increase your mpg with a air filter and also look into a turbo charger it makes them sound better run better and also helps increase the mpg.

cold air intake, performance manifold & 75 mm throttle body (bbk or equivalent), together will give you a noticeable kick.
you should then consider installing a diablo predator chip and that would give you a very decent engine package….if you are hooked you would follow up with:
-underdrive pulleys
-upgraded exhaust system (catbacks & an e-pipe)
-short throw shift
-3.73 or 4.10 rear end
and then big decision, to supercharge?
